The TPB register
The Tax Practitioners Board maintains a public register of tax agents and BAS agents. You can search it to confirm our registration and to see any sanctions on the public record, at tpb.gov.au/public-register.
Making a complaint
If you have a concern about a tax agent service we have provided, please raise it with us first using the contact details in the footer, and we will respond in writing within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can make a complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board using its online complaints form at myprofile.tpb.gov.au/complaints, and read how the complaints process works at tpb.gov.au/complaints. The TPB will review your complaint and let you know the outcome.

Ours
As a registered tax agent we work under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009, including the Code of Professional Conduct. We must act honestly and with integrity, act lawfully in your best interests, manage conflicts of interest, keep your information confidential, take reasonable care to ascertain your circumstances, and ensure the tax agent services we provide are competent.
Yours
You must be truthful with the information you give us, keep the records needed to substantiate your claims, cooperate with our requests and meet our deadlines so we can lodge on time, and remember that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Matters we must disclose
